-
The hotel day begins at 14:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 the following day, unless individual agreements or written arrangements with the Reception state otherwise; all arrangements must be made before the start of the hotel day.
-
The length of the hotel day specified in points 9 and 10 may be subject to change depending on the offer selected by the Guest during reservation and specified in the reservation confirmation. The current availability of offers and rooms at Aparthouse Woźna 11 can be found on the website www.wozna11.pl.
-
In the event of an unarranged extension of the stay up to 2 hours after 11:00, the Guest will be charged a fee of 60 PLN. An extension of more than 2 hours is treated as a new hotel day. Extension of the day is possible only in case of room availability.
-
The request to extend the hotel day, i.e., early check-in before 14:00 or late check-out after 11:00, must be reported at the stage of making the reservation. If such a request was not submitted at the reservation stage, it should be reported immediately by email to info@wozna11.pl. However, the Object does not guarantee the possibility of extending the hotel day.
-
The Object reserves the right to refuse to extend the Guest's stay in the event of failure to make full payment for the current period of stay and in the event of non-compliance with the regulations. The Object also reserves the right to refuse to extend the hotel day in case of lack of room availability.
-
All Guests are subject to the registration obligation. The basis for check-in is signing the online registration card and, at the request of the reception staff, presenting a photo ID in the Object. In case of refusal to present a photo ID confirming identity, the Object may refuse check-in. -
Unregistered persons may stay in the occupied room or apartment with the consent and on the responsibility of the Guest only from 09:00 to 22:00. After 22:00, there is an obligation to register additional persons. The obligation to report an additional person rests on the Guest who rented the room - otherwise, they bear responsibility for failure to fulfill the registration obligation. -
The Object may refuse to accept any other Guest who, in the assessment of the staff, poses a threat to the safety, health, life, or image of other Guests, employees, and the object (brand). In the event of the ineffectiveness of the Object's request, the Object is entitled to notify the competent authorities to immediately remove the Guest.

-
In the event of resignation by the Guest from the stay during the hotel day, the object does not refund the fee for the given reservation. Hanging a tag on the handle from the corridor side with the inscription "Check-out" is equivalent to resigning from the stay and is treated as a cancellation of the reservation. The Object may refuse to fulfill the reservation until the required deposit is paid. The rules for the return of funds are determined by the terms of the tariff selected during reservation.
-
The collected cash deposit will be returned, and the pre-authorization on the Guest's card will be released in accordance with the procedures of payment card operators (depending on the Guest's bank, this process may take 7 to 14 days) after prior checking of the room's condition by an employee of the Object during check-out.
-
In the case of a group reservation (from 3 rooms), the Object has the right to demand a deposit of 500 PLN / 100 EUR as security. The deposit is returned to the guest after the end of the stay up to 7 business days. -
In the event of destruction, damage, or deficiencies in the room to which the deposit applies - it is reduced by the value of the losses after prior notification to the Guest. -
The Object may refuse accommodation or, with the help of security, evict during an ongoing stay, a Guest whose behavior could violate or has violated the Regulations of the Object or otherwise violates the rules of social coexistence. In the event of resignation by the Guest from the stay during the hotel day or earlier departure due to reasons independent of the Object (including forced eviction due to the fault of the Guest), the Object has the right to retain the amount corresponding to the value of unused services for the purpose of repairing damage (lost profits related to the exclusion of the room from sales).
-
Failure of the Guest to appear at the Object on the planned day of arrival by the hours indicated below, with a simultaneous lack of prior notification to the Reception regarding a planned later arrival, is treated as a resignation from the stay (No-show): a) For reservations made directly (via the website www.wozna11.pl, email, or telephone): until 08:00 AM of the following day. b) For reservations made through reservation portals (intermediaries): until 23:00 (11:00 PM) on the planned day of arrival, unless the conditions of the selected offer on the given portal state otherwise. In the event of the ineffectiveness of this attempt, the reservation is canceled. The financial consequences of canceling the reservation (including the right of the Object to retain paid funds, collect a No-show fee, or charge the payment card) are governed by the terms of the tariff selected by the Guest in the reservation process and the rules and regulations of the selected intermediary portal, which the Guest accepted when making the reservation.
