The details concerning the room facilities, problems with arrival, check in and check out - we know you may have different questions. If the list below does not respond to all your questions, please contact the reception desk.


Are towels and linen included in the price?

Linen and towels are free of charge and are included in the price. The beds are covered with clean hotel linen. The linen might be changed every 7 days.

Is the reception desk on the premises?

The reception is open every day from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm. In the event of a later arrival, please contact the service 24 hours before arrival.

Is there any age limit for the guests?

No, there isn't. Only rule concerns people under who should always be accompanied by adults. Children of 5 are accommodated free of charge.

Kitchen - Can I store and prepare my own food?

On the hotel premises there is a cafe and bar.

How can I get to the railway station from the hotel?

The hotel is situated in the 20 minute walking distance from the main station. So the best option is to go on foot. For more information look to LOCATION tab.

What is the cost of taxi form the main station to the hotel?

It costs about PLN 15. Ask in the reception for 10% discount.

Do I have to make a reservation before arriving to the hotel?

Prior reservation is required. However, if we have more free rooms at our disposal, it is possible to check in without prior reservation. You can make a reservation by phone, online, e-mail or in person. All necessary contact data can be found on our website in the KONTAKT tab.

Is the parking place guarded?

Monitored parking lot on the premises 20 PLN / day

Are there bathrooms in the rooms?

All rooms have private bathrooms.

Do you accept animals?

By prior arrangement with the reception it is possible to have small pets. 

What time can we check in?

2 pm. to 11.30 pm

The reception is open every day from 8.30 to 16.30. In the event of a later arrival, please contact the service 24 hours before arrival.

On the day of our departure can we stay in the room longer than 11.00 o'clock?

The extension of your stay or later check out should be earlier agreed with the reception. It is possible with extra charge.

Can we store our luggage before checking in and after checking out?

One piece of luggage per person is charged extra, a detailed price list is available at the reception.

Can you order a taxi for us?

In order to call a taxi, contact the reception in the hostel.

Is smoking allowed in the rooms?

Smoking is forbidden on the hotel premises. Any people violating the ban can be held financially responsible.

Is it possible to store a bicycle?

It is possible to keep your bike outside the building where are special bike posts. It is not possible to keep a bike inside the building.
