Cancel reservation:
The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. In such case the prepayment paid will be refunded within 7 days of the cancellation notification. In the event of cancellation after this date or no-show on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the guest for the entire stay. In order to guarantee the reservation, an advance payment for the stay is required via the online payment system.
